Note from the artist:
"I booked a session at a studio in Dalston to work on this track which originally featured samples of 'One Sec'. After a couple of hours, a mate of mine standing at the door said "Joe... Novelist is outside". I thought he was taking the piss as we'd been listening to his vocals for hours but I stepped outside and there he was - it turned out he had booked the studio opposite mine. Obviously, I had to invite him in to listen to how I'd flipped his cult classic, hoping he'd back it. Thankfully, he was feeling it, so he jumped in the booth, and within 30 minutes he recorded a fresh set of original bars, which became '16 O's'."
